Before filling out the registration request form (see the link further down on the page), you must first review:

as this information will be required in the form.
Indeed, for the ENCUENTRITO we have the exclusive use of the 98 accommodations in the Roquebrune-sur-Argens Mileade Village Club (58 rooms and 40 villas) from Friday 4:00 pm to Monday 10:30 am, as well as the Pagnol ballroom from Thursday 4:00 pm to Tuesday 12:00 pm. For stays longer than 3 nights, several areas are assigned to us by Miléade (see the map).
As of September 17, 2025, all accommodation spaces have been allocated!
It is still possible to register on the waiting list (we usually have a few cancellations each year).
It has therefore been decided to offer a limited number of “Day Pass” tickets (for single participants or groups of unaccompanied individuals) which include:
- 5 meals (from dinner on Friday, May 22 to dinner on Sunday, May 25)
- 6 tango dance sessions (Milongas) from Friday to Sunday
- 6 buffets with a selection of sweet and savory snacks and soft drinks during the Milongas
- Secure parking (motorhomes permitted)
All of this for a flat rate of €185.
